About Us
Create my DVD is family owned and operated, located in Fairfield County - Bethel, Connecticut (CT). (Only Minutes from Danbury, Newtown, and Brookfield). We take pride in producing high quality work that our customers will enjoy for years to come. My wife and I started 'Create my DVD' to help others save their family video's to DVD before they are lost forever. Before I learned about tape deterioration, I had my own tapes lost of my oldest daughter due to a flood. The tapes actually rusted and the video was lost forever. After a few years I learned that the rest of my family video collection was at risk just sitting on a shelve! When I discovered that video tapes over 10 years old start to deteriorate rapidly even under the best conditions, I decided to put them on DVD with backups. Now I can rest easy knowing that my videos are safe and my children will be able to watch their childhood memories on DVD for their children. We can help you rest easy too by transferring your family videos and film to DVD. All work is done on premises, so your videos or film will never get lost.

| My experience has shown that the service we offer is NOT easy 'do it yourself' work. Even those off the shelf DVD Recorders produce marginal results at best, They are infamous for dropping frames that cause the video to lose sync with the voice. I find this very annoying and will not tolerate this poor quality.
